At Simply15, we created the 15% Mission to support children facing food insecurity and other challenges affecting their lives.
Over two years ago, we began a journey to tackle stress, anxiety, sleep issues, and mental fog. Through research, conversations with specialists, and months of journaling, we discovered simple but effective ways to improve our mental well-being.
One key lesson we learned: meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need a special room or perfect posture. Simply15 is all about taking a quick 15-minute pause each day to reset and refresh your mind. You can do this as often as you need, but we’ve found that once a day makes a real difference in reducing stress, calming anxiety, and improving sleep. On tough days, we even take a second 15-minute break.
We also offer a weekly journaling prompt to help you reflect with self-love and kindness. Your journal is a private space—no one at Simply15 will ever read it. Use it whenever you need to clear your mind, express your thoughts, or just let it all out.
