Questions We Answer

We offer three time options for you to choose from. You can start with the 5-minute option and gradually work up to the 15-minute one. The goal is to let you pick the option that fits how you’re feeling, how much time you have, and where you are.
Absolutely! You can meditate in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening. Some of our meditators even do it before meetings to keep stress in check. The best part is, there’s no wrong time to meditate—it’s all about what works for you!
Definitely! We have a tracking feature that lets you view your progress daily, monthly, and annually. Plus, you can see the mood you selected, giving you deeper insight into how you were feeling at the time.
The free trial gives you access for five days to the 5-minute meditation and journal. After the trial ends, you’re billed $60.00 annually for your subscription.
We created Simply15 with you in mind—affordable, simple, and purposeful. For every annual subscription, we donate 15% to Save the Children, helping make a positive impact on kids in need.
